Sage Burmeister is a Holistic  Transformation Coach. He is a Certified Breathwork & Meditation Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist. His Health Transformation Coaching stems from his own breakthrough from anxiety, depression, and addictions.

Sage was playing college football and studying business management at Humboldt State University when he hit a wall in his life. His addiction, depression, & physical pain had reached a point where Sage no longer felt his drive, passion, & spark for life. He decided to shift his focus to transform the way he felt through Holistic Health. 

He developed the High Vibe Practice to empower people to transform their health through Breathwork, Nutrition, & Training.

In this episode, Sage talks about how breathwork became a game-changer for him as it was the exact opposite of what he was doing but getting the same effect of a high, which was what he was looking for. How it puts you on a healthy routine not with boring movements but with fun vibes. He shares that something as simple as your breath can give you a good kind of high, help you reach altered states with it and which you can control. And what’s good about it is that it gives you a holistic approach to health.

“So your mind has to be engaged, your body will get moving, and you spiritually add to like feel the release that you're getting all these stuck emotions getting out of your body. That's what a lot of people feel what the breathwork is like; that clearing of energy. The same thing with a long sauna or cold.
